Registration - Step 1
Students who would like to receive certification from NC State University should contact Office of Professional Development.

After you Submit the completed WST Registration Form, option to pay by Credit Card thru PayPal or Check will be displayed.

Payment option is available after you Submit the completed WST Registration Form.

Money Order or Checks should be made payable to Anchor Software, Inc. and mailed to:

Registration is activated after payment has been cleared.

Usage Agreement
  1. Anchor has the Copyright on all the material on this web site, including the lessons, exercises and answers.
  2. The course is authorized to be used by 1 student per registration. It must never be shared, during the learning period or after the completion of the course.
  3. It is assumed that the course material is used by the registered student solely for the purpose of learning. It is unlawful to use copyrighted material for any other purpose.
  4. The registration is valid for 6 months unless specified otherwise. It is automatically terminated after that.
  5. Password is visible to you. You must write it down to Sign in once your registration has been approved.
  6. Fee and length of a course subject to change without notice for new students.
  7. All WST courses are non-credit although the course material is at least equivalent to or better than similar college courses.
